Staff there are useless. I called up today asking about a product and the girl on the phone responded with "we're closing in 10 minutes so I can't help you with that". So I said to her "You still have 10 minutes left, so can't you just have a look and if you have it I'll pick it up tomorrow". So as shes talking to her co-worker she hadn't put me on hold yet. This is what she said to her co-worker " she's after some battery operated something.." and he didn't know what she was on about and just told her to put me on hold. So he ends up coming back to the phone saying "sorry we don't have any". For starters how can you "look" for the product I was after with the poor description the girl gave to you and secondly come back and lie to me and tell me you don't have it. No doubt he didn't even check because how could he look for something if he didn't even know what product I was after?? All those two cared about was leaving to go home. I'm so disappointed and angry with their "customer service". They should be written up or spoken to because that's just not on. I couldn't care less if they were closing in 5 minutes, they should still be working till clock off time and Fulfill my inquiries. The site also says they close at 5pm and they were shutting at 4pm. Faulse advertisement aswell. Never will I be shopping there again because they only care about themselves and no one else. Such poor customer service and communication. This isn't my first encounter with them either so I'm not basing my opinion just about this scenario, there's been multiple.

Neat and tidy store, the staff is very friendly too. This store does seem to have a weird obsession with mankinis though. I don't know who would buy that unironically.

Just a normal reject shop with friendly staff, nothing really extraordinary or different about it but it's nice :).
