I enjoy shopping at Kmart. You get clothes for kids , grown ups, shoes, socks , makeup stuff,  office items. Can shop for pets ,kitchen appliances, You get bikes ,games etc etc.

Disney kids surprise balls out of stock however tarneit out of most the stores in the locals and surrounding areas seems to have the best and most frequent restocks

One of the messiest Kmart store I have seen. Obviously the place is in little india and people  won't be considerate enough but kmart should apply some strategies please.  Sorry to say but active wear and clothing section was a mess. Also, the way they have decorated the store is not neat enough!

Absolutely horrendous service. I asked a team member that I was looking for an item they sent me to the service desk. And then I went to the service desk and they said I wasn't supposed to be and told me to go to the kids section and ask the workers there or go to the register section, I don't know why they told me to go there but I did. And as expected no one was there. So I went to the register and asked, they told me the item was near the sports section. Couldn't find it. So they looked up on the pdt and said they had it, but still I couldn't find it. I asked them to help me out. But they said they weren't allowed to leave their spot because their manager told to only point at the direction. . So because of this I spent 20 minutes looking and couldn't find anything. Absolutely horrible customer service. Is it really hard to take me to the spot where the item belongs?! I've worked at retail for 2 years and this is not how the service should be. Wish I could give 0 star.

The party related items section of the store is always out of stock or very little stock for the good items.

Huge range of varieties and very reasonable price. Helpful staff. Must buy clothes. Parking and trolley available. once you enter in this premises, you will loss all mobile network / Signals.

Very bad customer service. Went to store on a Sunday night 7:55pm. Staff told me leave because the store closes at 8pm. But it was 7:55. If it closes at 7.55 then show 7.55 on the opening hours list. This is NOT fair, just went there to get one item but staff told me to get out.

This shopping centre is a great place to shop for clothes and items for a decent amount of price.

Very very bad customer service... Would not recommend this place ... Have been overcharged the money for couple of items  not system fault ; check out staff put the wrong price because she couldn't scan it  and have been sent to service counter to get sort out ... have been waited 30 minutes to get refund just because of their staff mistake... Rubbish....

Seems like every time I go to this store, everyone has gotten to everything first as there's little to no stock in alot of areas but you can find some discounted stuff if you look closely eg went to buy pillows, got one for $6 or $7 because it was loose and was part of a twin pack for $20.
