Find what you need at a fair price. Looking forward to when the registers at at the front of the store and when they bring back staff at the checkouts and not just rely on self serve checkouts especially when you have a trolley full of items to purchase. Not practical to self checkout out with a full trolley of items. 6 self serve all being used and a queue of half a dozen and no staff on to assist with processing the customers through any faster.
I just wanted to say how wonderful Afsheen is at the registers. Every time I've been served by her, she's been incredibly friendly, welcoming and professional. She always greets customers with a genuine smile and creates such a positive atmosphere.nnWhat stands out most is how attentive she is. Even when it's busy, she takes the time to listen carefully, help customers and make sure everyone feels valued. She is patient, efficient and consistently provides excellent customer service.nnAfsheen's positive attitude and kindness don't go unnoticed. She is the type of employee who leaves customers with a great impression of the store and makes people want to come back. She is an absolute asset to the team and deserves recognition for the effort she puts into making every customer's experience a pleasant one.

I went to the store to get a drink bottle replaced whose handle screw came out, they asked for a receipt which the kids threw out, so seems like their policies changed and being Kmart store, they cnt seem to scan and check.nI go to the store again, this time WITH the transaction record of the purchase which was literally 2 days later, but they still cnt take it back as I don’t have a PHYSICAL PAPER RECEIPT nAnd am advised to go to the Werribee store as they can check and find the transaction….nnStory contd…nnI went to the Werribee store, the last outrite denies returning as I don’t have a physical receipt, “ our policies have changed “nSo while the whole world going digital and you making customer do your job@checkout policies changed again to paper.. wow.nnSo I explained the purchase was done by my ex, on my child’s bday, I wasn’t there. So just to return a $5 drink bottle whose handle should have been fine or shouldn’t be on the shelf, the child bought it. And it was such an ordeal and humiliation to return it back.nnI would really appreciate Kmart customer service staff to do their job and do some customer service for a change and not humiliate a customer, I personally don’t buy anything from Kmart for the same reason, appalling service.
