While in Kmart tonight I started to feel unwell. I thought I was going to faint. As it is Christmas Eve, the store was very busy. I could not manage to wait in the long queue. I waited near the check out waiting for my children to wait in the long line. The check out lady - Angelina approached me. She got a seat for me so I could sit down and even got chocolate for me which I did pay for :-. After 10 minutes I felt better and could join my children.nThank you to Angelina. Your kindness during a busy time meant so much to my children and I.
Having one person covering the customer service desk on a Sunday at midday is beyond a joke. It’s clear Kmart cares more about treating everyone as guilty until proven innocent with monolith boom gates instead of providing good customer care
I visited kmart today and the worker Marisa was super helpful today My clothes weren’t scanning at self-checkout and she came over to help straight away without me even asking. Really friendly and made it quick and easy great service!
Kmart Pacific WerribeennI recently visited Kmart at Pacific Werribee looking for a pair of work pants. Unfortunately, I couldn't find any in my size. After browsing through the pants available on the floor, I noticed that the pants were covered in dust and had marks on them.nnI decided to take the pants to customer service to address my concerns. I spoke to Samuel at the customer service register, along with a lady who was also there. I asked if they could provide a discount since I needed to wash and dry clean the pants due to their condition. However, Samuel refused my request, insisting that there was nothing wrong with the pants.nnI pointed out that selling pants covered in dust is unacceptable. I even offered to buy them if they were cleaned up, but he declined, stating that they don't dust the pants in the store.nnI found the staff at Kmart Pacific Werribee to be very rude and unhelpful. Overall, it was a disappointing experience, and I expected much better from Kmart. I hope improvements can be made in customer service and store maintenance in the future.
