Only giving 4 stars because of the help I received after the complaint but - zero for the staff at the check out !!nIt’s the third time this month that I came to Kmart Werribee to purchase Lego that was marked in stock on the website and all 3 times I was told if it’s not on the shelf means we don’t have it. Today I went in to buy the Star Wars falcon, I asked a girl at the check out if she could check if it’s in stock and she told me yes there’s 11 in stock but if it’s not in the shelves it not there. I asked if she could ask someone at the back to check and she said no if it’s not on the shelves it’s not there. When asked why it’s showing in stock online she replied because there’s a delay in updating the stock. So again I left frustrated however I did ring Kmart on my way out and a lovely staff answered and told me that they DID HAVE IT IN STOCK AT THE BACK so I went back and got my Lego. For the girl with the headscarf at the register DO BETTER ! Learning about work ethics would come handy later in life !nnFor the staff at the customer service desk, the staff on the phone and the manager I give you 5 stars for helping me out today. Thank you for listening to my rant and even price matching my purchase I wished everyone at the store had your diligence and work ethics.
Went into this Kmart yesterday, it was disgusting! I’ve never seen a Kmart so unorganised and messy. You couldn’t find anything in the men’s section without throwing 50 other items on the floor first. I was shocked at the state of it. Long wait at service desk for un pleasant service
The worst at managing any issues at all. Shopping is fine but you better hope you don’t have any problems with your products or you’ll be scammed. We bought some luxe dining chairs online. When we received it, one of the chairs were faulty - the back would squeak very loudly and visibly moved whereas the other chair’s back rest was silent and could bear weight without squeaking/moving. We returned the product in store to this Kmart after explaining the circumstance. They processed the refund for us and when we checked the amount, delivery $43 was not refunded. We asked for the delivery to be refunded as well as it wasn’t a change of mind refund but returning faulty goods as previously explained. We explained we would be happy to have no refund and just exchange for the same product as well. We were advised that we cannot get our delivery refund no matter what, as that is their policy/how their system works. Then we told the staff member ok we’ll take the product back and try to fix it ourselves as we don’t want to lose $43 for no reason. She had the audacity to tell us that we can’t do that either because she already scanned it back into the system and can’t reverse it. IF THIS WAS THE CASE WE SHOULD HAVE BEEN WARNED THAT EVEN FAULTY GOODS CAN’T HAVE DELIVERY REFUNDED FROM THE VERY BEGINNING which is illegal by the way or at the very least told us that online refunds need to go through customer care rather than processing it irreversibly without any explanation. The Kmart website refunds policy page indicated that we should have been able to return the product in person and so that’s what we did. The manager was also useless and just told the staff member to tell us to call customer care without even showing up to discuss the issues. Now we have no product AND have lost $43 for NO REASON.
Bec and Melissa are the best ever employees that I've met in K-Mart.nBoth of them help us to find the Lego item which was empty on the shelves.nThey didn't give up and kept looking for it until they found it.nThank you very much, Ben & Melissa
While I absolutely love kmart and click and collect..nnI gotta ask.. what's the point of click and collect area with absolutely no priority for click and collect customers?nnWaiting 20 mins to pick up my order while people are buying their stuff from this area .nnYou have checkout for general purchasesnnWhy are you allowing the one area for click and collect to be used for purchases?nnIt's the click and collect areanPlease do better Kmart.
