I went into glassons recently and I noticed one of the workers laughing on her phone and typing on her phone at the front of the register and also between customers - it was very unprofessional I asked to speak to a store manager and was further told it in fact WAS her. I also noticed quite an attitude from said store manager and didn’t receive any kind of nice service from them at all. Made my experience appalling
Always love coming here. I came today to get a refund and there was a bit of a mishap but they sorted it out for me : The girls who work here are always lovely and friendly! Definitely prefer this store to some of the others in Melbourne.
Staff are unkept, superiority complex should be checked at the door and patronizing your customers won’t get you far. Other stores I have visited have been nothing but courteous with genuine customer service skills
Clean, tidy organised store. The staff are kind, relaxed and acknowledge you which is welcoming. Found some nice clothes here for a good price.

Bought a dress on sale last year, at the counter the girl told me no return if I change my mind when I was about to pay for it. Used to be my favourite store before they moved to another side of werribee plaza but not now.
