I went in on Sunday, had a young indian lady helping me, she was so kind and generous, I asked her about different shoes and she had to go to the back multiple times to get the shoes. She did not complain once and was so nice, I ended up buying a pair of shoes I thought was really nice and she helped me pick the pair. Not only did she offer amazing advice but also she had very good customer skills and the ability to handle a very busy day perfectly, there were many customers in as it was busy, she balanced myself with the other customers and did a great job not only helping me but everyone else as well.
Went into the store and the indian girl with the black hair served me, I could see the store was very busy yet she still helped me with the shoes I wanted and also helpful with giving advice about the shoes. She was very professional, should definitely be promoted to management.
Went in to the Werribee store today, was with a family member who has severe Parkinson’s, your stores look very nice but you have not given any consideration to people with a disability or the elderly. The stools provide have no grip and slide away from under you if you’re not careful. Thanks to your staff Sakeenah and her quick thinking, she was able to help him from having a bad fall. Sakeenah was kind, patient with a caring manner, which helped us get him fitted with new shoes. I would also suggest you look into offering a discount to elderly and people with disabilities, who could benefit from your shoes. I would like to end with a big thank you to Sakeenah for you customer service today.

I took my 5yr old niece to buy new shoes at Skechers Werribee Plaza. The staff were welcoming and helpful to find the right size shoes. Very satisfied with our purchases today , and Thank You Ladies for your wonderful assistance
I had really bad experience at this store, LDy who was store manager black coloured hair was playing with her hir all the time we spent in the store Nd couldn't bother to help us and donot know what was her problem she was making faces and was so rude aNd showing baD attitude oh oops btw She was the store manager. I will shop at sketchers but not in this hS happened second time with us.Btw nothing Personal she was teeating almost every customer in the same way.She really should get sacked.WhT rotten brat she was.I wish could give the store and her negative rating. store
The products are awesome but the customer service at this particular store is horrendous. Visited today and the girl with black hair was so rude and made nasty humiliating comments in front of other customers for us trying to figure out which size will suit. We had to try different pairs to figure out the size which obviously is not possible without trying different sizes. And she threw the boxes in front of us ridiculing that we are creating a mess. Another girl in there was helpful and trying to get us some sizes when this girl reprimanded her and told her not to show us any more shoes. Have never faced such a horrible customer service in my life. Some people hate their jobs and puts that frustration on customer and this young lady was literally one such case. There were other customers having a hard time with her too.
Way overpriced. Can get the same black sketchers at spend less shoes for$40
Not an enjoyable shopping experience at all. The staff couldn’t be bothered to do their job or leave the counter unless they absolutely had to. We had to ask for assistance to see if the shoe was a good fit for our daughter. Rudely handed another size shoe and then was walked off on.
Today I did shopping customer services tattoo girl she is very rude !
