Very displeased with the level of training of the shop assistant in this shop (Although she provided an excellent level of service and was very pleasant) After spending a considerable amount of time selecting shoes for my partner and a pair of leather shoes for myself only because of the 50% discount for the second pair we then proceeded to pay The assistant stated some amount was the total when questioned she said that the leather shoes were $189.00 not the 89.99 as stapled to the shoe i showed her the shoes that were clearly labelled at that price along with every other shoe of the same type but different colour She then stated that Betts training was to charge what was on the computer not what is advertised We asked if she new anything of consumer law with regard to the advertised price. Apparently Betts dont comply with this law so i said to keep the shoes So in the end we paid to much for the one pair of shoes we purchased as it should have been approximately 25% cheaper with the 50% discount on the second pair Well done Betts how about training your staff to 2017 Law
