Disappointed with the services, fully understand how the others are feeling for the brand/ company BETTS, purchased a pair of shoes for my son and received it damaged requested for staff to reorder and save time,but instead the staff was advised by the manager that I need to bring in the shoes to see the damaged I offered to send a picture of the damage but that's not good enough I have to walk in show proof than they will reorder which is a waste of another day for my son without a pair of his school shoes, better service and kind options would have help the situation. Retail is all about details.
Very displeased with the level of training of the shop assistant in this shop Although she provided an excellent level of service and was very pleasant After spending a considerable amount of time selecting shoes for my partner and a pair of leather shoes for myself only because of the 50% discount for the second pair we then proceeded to pay The assistant stated some amount was the total when questioned she said that the leather shoes were $189.00 not the 89.99 as stapled to the shoe i showed her the shoes that were clearly labelled at that price along with every other shoe of the same type but different colour She then stated that Betts training was to charge what was on the computer not what is advertised We asked if she new anything of consumer law with regard to the advertised price. Apparently Betts dont comply with this law so i said to keep the shoes So in the end we paid to much for the one pair of shoes we purchased as it should have been approximately 25% cheaper with the 50% discount on the second pair Well done Betts how about training your staff to 2017 Law
the sales person was very rude/arrogant and made you feel like you had done something incredibly wicked to them by simply asking for help. the whole store was empty and they were really unhelpful. I wanted to try on shoes and they said "sorry none in your size" After leaving disappointed I realised they didn't even offer for me to try on the shoe for size in another colour. Awful customer service skills.
Got there at 10am, the opening time as advised on the website and the store was closed. Waited 45 minutes…no one showed up, store remained closed. No signage or anything to advise this would be the case.
