A little wishy washy. Sometimes great friendly staff and other times not. What annoys me the most about Decjuba in general is this- 1. The returns system when you buy online, super annoying. 2. No bust measurements on the garments online, instead you ge length wow big deal. Isnt chest an absolute important measurement when buying online? For me they are still needing to do alot of work on their overall brand, by way of customer satisfaction. And if I cant buy online without significant annoyances then Im taking my business elsewhere. Please up your game with the onlines returning system let us return in store for a refund and measurements online really should be better.
Went in for the first time today. Not only are your clothing beautiful and great quality, your staff are absolutely amazing. I wish I had shopped here sooner. Special thanks to Angela for making me feel so welcome
My first time shopping in this store and what an awesome experience with the lovely helpful staff. Was served by Mandy and she did a fantastic job helping me get the right outfits. Can't recommend this store highly enough, I'll definitely be back.
Love this Store. Friendly helpful staff, who always greet you but are not over bearing. They offer assistance when you need it and let you know what's new/ on sale. Shop is always styled well and things are easy to find.

I may have stood in the door opening to re-tie my shoe lace or lingered near the shop front while waiting for the wife. But I have never stepped through the door. Google, I suggest you cross reference phone locations with actual till transactions before seeking reviews. It's creepy!
if i could leave less than one star, i would. Very poor customer service. waited 5 minutes at counter before someone came up and said "you right?". What happened to greeting a customer with "hi how are you?". The person "helping" was also clearly having a bad day. Long story short, i did not complete the transaction.
Walked in, two employees saw me, nothing was said, not a hello. Nothing. on my way out, smiled at an employee and got the dirtiest look. the customer service is disgusting.
I went in to today to buy a top for a graduation tonight.....cannot express how lovely these girls are that work there. Helpful friendly and just made it awesome
