Myer Werribee is a convenient and well-organised store with a good range of clothing, homewares, and beauty products. The store is clean, easy to navigate, and the staff are friendly and helpful when needed. It’s a great place to shop for everyday items or gifts without the stress of a larger city store.
No space for someone on a wheel chair with some form of a disability to use the change room on ground level, a person on a wheel chair went in whilst I was there, sadly found that the disability room occupied with storage. I wanted to help so I mentioned it to the staff on duty, they check out the space and just decided not to move out stuff to make room for the person to get in to the spacious change room. This needs to be taken into consideration as he just ended up trying out stuff in the corridor.
Very racist Staff members. I went in with my Arab brothers and we went to shop there for a wedding. This really fat bloated man approached us and started staring at us a lot. He calls security and accuses us of stealing. We were very angry from this because it was clear racism. The other Arab employee told us he is in fact very racist and told us to avoid and conflict. We asked for the manager who acted like nothing was going on. Very bad experience from a store that advertises multiculturalism. They checked our pockets and my bag 10 times and were harassing us a lot. I ended up spending $600 and even after making the purchase in full price they still triple checked our receipt. The worst shopping experience ever!!!
I had such a wonderful experience at Myer in Werribee Plaza! I came in with my auntie looking for a perfume, and Sandra was absolutely amazing. She recommended Good Girl by Carolina Herrera, and I instantly fell in love with the scent, it’s now one of my favorites!nnLina was just as lovely and helpful. She helped us pick out a fragrance for my brother and recommended a Jean Paul Gaultier men’s perfume, which we both ended up loving as well.nnBoth Sandra and Lina were so kind, patient, and really knew their products. They made the whole experience enjoyable and easy. Thank you both for your incredible service, definitely a 5-star experience!
I had such a lovely experience at Myer thanks to Lina. She was so warm, patient and helpful while helping me choose a Mother’s Day gift for my mum. She took the time to give great suggestions and made the whole shopping experience feel easy and enjoyable. Her customer service was genuinely amazing and you can tell she really cares about helping customers. Thank you so much Lina for making it so special! I’ll definitely be coming back in the future to purchase more of the products she recommended.
