Being a regular customer since this store opened for years. The customer service used to be good. However my recent shopping experience was uncomfortable and unpleasant. Around lunchtime at 8 Oct 22, I shopped inside and grabbed three pairs of pants in different colour to try. In the fitting room, the staff asked me to leave my personal bag on the shelf first time in years, it was strange why asked for leaving personal handbag in an open space of the shelf without a locker? Then she guided me to No.5 room and put the number plate hanging outside. No mentioned any basket so I had to ask her to pass one to me. After I closed the curtain and was at mid of trying different pants, the staff suddenly opened my curtain, I was totally shocked. No apology from her when she opened the curtain. This is my second time curtain being opened while trying on clothes in the fitting room even though the previous time was done by a kid and his parents just sit outside the fitting area. Complained to the Uniqlo head office by its website and was told she was a new staff member. But even though she was not a staff member, who would open the curtain when the curtain was closed? Where was the courtesy and common sense? Not a happy shopping experience.
Worse customer service from a lady of Indian origin in the counter and her manager. Refused to give their names and provided wrong customer service number when I ask a number to make a complaint. The rude Indian checkout lady threatened to call the security, jumped the counter tried to grab my phone claiming that I am taking her photo and ran away after she could not find the photo. Then the manager tried to defend her and escalate the situation by defending her staff while she was standing there watching everything unfold. These two need a lot of training on how to handle customers.
Excellent choices of clothing for all weather conditions. Lots of sustainably sources products, and excellent customer service.
Its a shame, we going there on regular basis but this time we had a terrible experience from the lady at change room counter. She was just an arrogant and loud .If you hate your job change the job. Its her job to attend customers instead shes yelling from the otherside of store.
I love this store, the materials if this brand is vary good truely recommended to everyone
Amazing Japanese clothing chain. If you love soft, beautiful colors, elegant designs, quality clothes then don't waste your time and money anywhere else. U will find every clothing for your wardrobe here and full of variety and amazing collection of clothes. Must try.
I couldn't say that I enjoyed my shopping here. Very basic and no staff to help you.
My whole family buy our clothes from Uniqlo. Literally everything. Uniqlo has never disappointed us so far. I love the simple design, durability and quality of Uniqlo clothes. The customer service is amazing here. The shop is organized very neatly and in order, so it's really easy to find what you're looking for. I just wish it were bigger and had more options... The staff are friendly and helpful.
3 pairs of work pants all tailored in 30 mins ! You can’t beat that.
Excellent place for shopping. The staff is very helpful.
