Wanting to buy something i saw online , i said hello to the lady and i was completely ignore . I went to both the ladies working there i was ignored again even though i was standing right in front of them . No acknowledgement and both of them busy chit chatting . Who ever was working on 15 jan 2020 at this werribee store need some serious customer service training .
Went here to buy something on the 19th of Nov at 10:30am and the 2 lady staff were busy chatting to each other and even though they looked at us at one point, they didn't even ask if we need help nor greet us when we came in. We ended up leaving, and after a while we passed by the store and saw there's customer inside and they are still chatting
stood there for well over 10 minutes staring at jeans feeling the material, no one came up to me to say hi or offer any help, useless I dont know if this is wrong of me but If I'm spending well over 100 dollars on pants I kinda expect some service
All workers are so warm and welcoming. Always willing to help you. Clothes are quite expensive but you can find some amazing things in the sale section!
