My daughter was given a jumper as a gift. After only 6 or so weeks we discovered it had started to tear near the pocket . Took it back and were told we had to have a receipt. They still had the same jumper in stock and it was clearly their product. They said without receipt (not even bank statement proof would suffice) we couldn’t change it. Very disappointed in the jumper and also the lack of customer service!!!
