Today my grand daughter and I were shopping at Factorie in Werribee. We wanted to know if an item of clothing was available in Geelong.The shop was busy, but Kimberley who was serving us, had everything under control with her pleasant manner, so no one was neglected She rang Geelong for me and organized for me to pick item up tomorrow. She was happy and so helpful. The other server was pleasant and greeted us with enthusiasm. Beautiful staff and great customer service Factorie. Thanks guys 😊
