This store range and service has gone down hill I will never bother again after today. I went in today to buy some clothes I needed mostly tshirts. I couldn't find any xxl on the floor and I asked if she could find any at the back. She walked out with 1 tshirt that I didn't like and said the manager will come out to help me. The manager ignored me they both were no help so I left and went and blew 1k and edge.
Michael was amazing, great customer service and helped my son out with what he wanted to purchase. Felt comfortable and had a great experience. Def be back when in Melbourne and visit the Adelaide store when we get back! Thanks Michael
