Visited this place for a jacket to help with the chill. They have separate jackets for warmth and chill winds. The staff were very helpful and very patient listening to all our requirements. They have suggested us a few jackets and we picked what we wanted and it's a 100 percent of what we wanted, i.e it's providing a full 100% warmth. And the membership is free and we got a 30 percent off on our purchase.
I would like say one the best customer service experience provided from the staff and Manager . Special thanks to Sebastyan , Lycea & Sarah from Kathmandu Werribee store. You guys are amazing and very professional in dealing with. May you get recognition for your work you put in day in day out.
Danny, Madelyn and April really went out of their way to assist me today, they made my shopping experience at Kathmandu a very positive one. With their exceptional sales techniques I spent far too much then I should have but I'm incredibly satisfied with the quality of the products. I can safely say I'll be returning in the near future. I cannot comprehend the fact that in this store prices are higher compare with the Kathmandu website, so no deal for me. Safe time and money and buy online
Shop hours are open till 5pm however on Saturday 11 June 2022 we were not allowed to go into the store at 4.30pm. The doors were closed and security guard said they had too many customers in the store and would have difficulty getting everyone out by 5pm. Stupid reason to close doors 30 minutes before closing time if you ask me...
It's my brand hahaaaa. The shop have many options to buy and of course the staff is very wonderful people. You won't regret to stop by

Very good customer service by Jacob. Was willing to put the time in to search for an item I was after that his store did not have. His efforts were much appreciated!
Happened to visit on last day of a fantastic sale. Staff were amazing. Went out of their way to help us. One staff member went to another store to try to find correct size for clothing. Ended up purchasing online and staff helped me with to use their online system on my phone. Highly recommend.
