I'm absolutely in shock with the level of customer service at this store and I'm the one who doesn't really bother at all with such stuff. This particular staff was extremely intimidating and when I told her that the product I want to buy is on discount online, she somehow convinced me that I'll be getting a better deal by purchasing it in store on full price because I was using my perks reward. I accept that this is on me and I shouldn't have given into it. However when I realised that this wasn't the case, I instantly went back to the store to return the item and I asked her if my perks reward will get credited to my online account and her response was ' I'm not sure'. I repeated her words to her in surprise given that I wasn't expecting this reaction to which she said "Well you've chosen to return the item so I don't know about the credit"! I would never step foot in this store if I see this particular staff again.
What a fresh, lovely store to visit. From the gorgeous fit out of the store, to the beautiful range of sleepwear, lounge wear and underwear, to the bright friendly staff, I enjoyed my shopping experience. I also came home with a few sets of softest pairs of Bamboo pjamas that I have worn every night. Love this shop.
I love cotton on body but have had bad experiences with the staff here, can be quite rude and make you feel like you are wasting their time. Customer service could be improved but very neat store with great deals.
Poor customer service! Staff weren’t welcoming and very unprofessional. Staff was on her phone when customers were coming in! Sunday 11th of July I wasn’t happy at all about her comments when I was purchasing leggings
