If there was an option of no stars I would but Suzanne Grae Werribee plaza needs to hire workers who have an understanding of the computer system let alone proper mannerisms in customer service. I was poorly served by a Chinese lady named "Jenny" who was busy socialising with her friends in the store where I was patiently waiting with my grandmother. Soon after she ignored our presence and played on her phone talking in Chinese on her phone. Please hire workers that actually care lol.
If at Werribee Plaza, then needs a waiting guest chair otherwise ok
