Bitta hit and miss here, the staff aren’t very friendly dont seem to care about your existence but the store seems have to what you require at all times, went to click and collect a Lego yoda and it wasn’t accurate at all ordered early morning and didn’t get it till next day, however i like the pricing on their items and theres alot on offer a big shout out to that random teddy in the chocolates, think im going to have him named Benson Anderson the 4th
Rude staff at entry, an old lady standing at entry in 27th March, 25 evening; I went through the entry with a small trolley with a few little packages of snacks from Coles. Was stopped by the old lady who asked for a receipt. I told her these a few snacks where BIgW doesn't sell them. But she said with a strange uncomfortable tone that sure it does! She couldn't wait for me to show my receipt but without my permission, she scanned the item in my trolley. Funny that the machine beeps which means not exist in their system. No apology or say anything! Pure rude! Know your products better! And learn how to deal with customers with respect!
You’ll be attacked and detained if you end up not buying anything from this store and you brought in their cart inside the store from the car park!!! So be careful bringing in their own cart inside ! Especially the securities are specifically instructed by the manager to target customers for the above scenario!! Otherwise the store’s not bad.
Visited the store today, two weeks out from Christmas. Made my way to the checkout with my purchases where I found more than 60 people queued for the register. I would expect it to be a little busy at this time of year, but this is ridiculous! Target and Kmart in the same center were managing their shoppers just fine. Christmas is the same time each year so they shouldn’t be surprised there would be more people shopping - do better Big W and put enough staff on at the registers - ended up leaving my shopping and went elsewhere.
Name : Peter store manager- return policy in big w Werribee for a product Nintendo switch 90 days return policy is fake they are lying as mentioned in website. They simply said call customer care. We can’t take it don’t buy any gaming product from this store.
