I had a very disappointing experience at this store, particularly at the customer service counter. Most of the staff there are extremely rude and lack basic courtesy. They never speak nicely and make customers feel unwelcome. A little friendliness and professionalism would go a long way in improving the experience. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and trains the staff to be more polite and helpful.
Target in Werribee Pacific is really one of the best Target stores. Although this store went through an unfortunate situation, where it needed to shut down for a few months due to structural problems of the building, it is coming back better, and more welcoming!nYou could see the lovely staff buzzing around, trying to fill the shelves with all the new merchandise.nThere numerous bargains.nUnfortunately, the electronics/digital section has shrunk, which is a trend with all Targets....nOther the the above, there is a huge selection of products at great prices!nA high-five to the staff who are very nice and helpful.
Target are definitely getting back into the groove when it comes to style. Great selection of affordable jeans and linens.nI would have rated 5 stars if the Change Rooms were kept clean by they're always dirty, dusty and yuk.
came into the store with a friend got the one item we had to get went to the checkout to find only one register that could take cash was working the other one was broken I asked one of the guys there if they could open another cash type register he said quite abruptly its mainly cards being used by most people at this time of year as my friend only has cash I had to use my card to purchase what she needed so I am asking for more friendly staff on front end or people who have better communication skills to be around registers and have more cash and card registers open I know there is a lot of people use cards for payment but cash is also used and legal tender and stores have to keep facilities for cash as well i also tried ring management at the store about this got hung up as the phones are mostly automated answering machine types
