Amelia and Nikki you both are the gem, you have supported me yesterday 24/4/2026. My phone died and these guys help me get my phone charged. Both of the ladies very polite, helpful. I believe both of them represents the management and i wish i could give more stars for their help. Lot of appreciation and hope through this post you guys get employee of the month or even may help them in promotion . Extremely disappointed with the customer service. I drove over 20 minutes to return an item that originally arrived without plastic wrapping. Instead of helping, the store manager, Yazir, was incredibly rude, argumentative, and unprofessional. He completely shut me down, falsely accused me of opening the package, and denied my return. To make matters worse, the other staff at the service desk were also rude and disrespectful. A store manager should handle customer issues with respect, but Yazir's toxic attitude was shocking. I definitely won't be shopping at this Target again.
If I wanted another products I would have gone to kmart. Target isn't target anymore its Kmart. They have ruined a good store. Its because its run by kmart now. Why does a shopping centre need 2 kmart stores? They just should have just closed target like they did in other area's or just left it alone and not introduce anyone
I prefer target over kmart. Customer service is better, the store is much cleaner and rarely out of stock. I didn't used to buy anko but some of it is ok and even though I didn't intially like target selling anko I've changed my mind. At least i know i can walk into the store and buy it unlike kmart.
Went to return some items today SAT 18/04/26 and was served by a young-ish caucasian lady with long brown hair. All I wanted to do was return some items and purchase a few more. From checking the receipt to trying to refund the item, there were continuous display of annoyance and reluctance shown by this employee. Every step seems to be more of a challenge than the previous, it's just a simple return and purchase, don't make it difficult than it is. Spoke to the manager on shift hopefully they will relay such display of attitude is not necessary. Don't be in customer service if you don't know how to give customer service.
