See something online and head to store yesterday. Definitely would buy something, but the lady on the store have no sense like how to welcome customer. I don't know why she behave like this.  .

Why was your store shut at 8pm 11/12/2020 on a Friday night when your Google listing said 9pm? Wasted a trip for nothing! You had one basic job and that was to update your trading hours on Google but clearly couldn't be bothered. PATHETIC!

Love Katies, love the clothes, love the generous sizing,always appreciated by people who are curvy but have no way of being able to buy from a store which caters to curvy women. For instance, 1 pr of Katies jeans,a nice Katies top and a nice jacket @$100 max. Same outfit from Autograph is $230+. No Brainer if you ask me. Keep up the great prices, styles and customer service.

Worst place for online shopping. As per their terms and conditions, delivery can take anywhere between 7-14 working days or 20+ days if you include weekends and public holidays.

Great shopping experience. The ladies are so helpful but not over bearing. Nice easy shop to navigate around.
