Good customer service, the staff had added that extra value by gift wrapping the article purchased, was presented beautiful.

Zero stars! Rude staff (especially the manager). If you enjoy being berated and insulted by a hostile manager, and having your queries ignored by preoccupied staff, this is the place for you!
