Please bear with me on this review, there's a few thoughts. I understand how important good reviews are and it's a shame we can't give scores in decimal places.  This experience was on 22nd Dec.  I was Christmas shopping for an item on option at the Australian Geographic Section. I was looking at the items for a while and waiting. The three staff on at the time were on and off serving at the counter but there were a few times where there was no one else purchasing.  After about 10 or so minutes, I asked for some help. The staff were extremely friendly and admitted if they needed to check some details on the product. After about anther 10 or so minutes, I had made a decision to purchase. The store was allowing me to use afterpay, but I had never used it in store before and didn't even have it set up on my phone. After a quick instruction from the nice staff, I was pointed in the right direction on how to set it up on my phone. Finally got the purchase through and happy with my purchase.  If I was to give scores for each part, it would look like this: Not being acknowledged and offered service - 1 star Friendliness and manner of staff - 5 stars Patience for myself not having the right thing set up on my phone and potentially holding up customers - 7 stars  I am happy to leave this as a 5 star review if the owner/manager promises to coach their team a little more and help them get even more awesome than what they already are it wont take much

A book store is always a happy place. Space is little tight and QBD books are sometime a little pricey. However, collections are pretty good. If you don't find a book, please talk to nice and friendly keepers, sometime they keep the note, search for it and advise you once they are available.

Had a great range of books, staff was cheerful and helpful and overall a great selection of books and bought 5 books myself there.

This the my go to local bookstore. Jodie and Caitlyn are a delight and I love coming in for my new reads. The only downside is that they always tempt me with other titles and I spend all the money. If you are a fan of trashy romance Caitlyn will help you spend your hard earned cash! She has the hook up!

Great mix of books for what I may be looking for, and really warm and friendly staff to help out if needed.

Always has what we are looking for and more, staff are unobtrusive but helpful. Prices are good, our favourite book shop by far.

Thank you to the lovely young lady who helped my granddaughter decide on a new book this evening. She was patient and kind, even though it was extremely busy in the store, she listening to what my granddaughter had read previously and helped her choose something she thought she would love.

Two ladies helped me to get the book “Eden by Candice Fox” on 20/01/2019.  They had only one book in stock according to the computer system. So, they looked the book where it suppose to be, but couldn’t find it. They did their best to find the book for me, however, couldn’t find it on the shelves or at the back.  They checked other stores for the same book. As I live in Doncaster, they called Doncaster  QBD book store and requested to keep one on reserve for me. I left my contact details with them just in case they have to provide it to Doncaster store.  After 10 minutes I received a call from one of ladies at Werribee Plaza book store and they asked me if I am still around because they found the book.  Awesome customer service. That type of customer service is just a dream nowadays.

Fantastic book shop. Great selection and the staff have been outstanding. Knowledgeable and very friendly. Highly recommend.

My son loves the place, prices are fair and their range is fairly extensive.  my only qualm with the store is I wish it was bigger!  Staff are absolutely lovely and very helpful even right on closing time.
