In the past I have shopped. Hear Xmas presents etc, great range of products. Even have Christian items. Books latest items made by people etc. I was impressed. Had support & help when I asked.
Honestly i absolutely Love some of the house hold items and decorations for around the house, Including personalised glasses... All the people that work there are so helpful and friendly...
Great service by some young but very lovely ladies, who went out of there way to help out and constantly had a smile on their faces. Whilst I generally don't buy many books, if I needed another one, this is a place I would definitely think of first.

Friendly service. Quite a good range, considering that the bookshop shares space with a newsagent. Good range of non-book related giftware, too Dymocks discounts available.
This bookshop is a separate section at the back of the Newsagent. It was well presented and there was a good volume of popular stock. However it is a small store so the variety is a little limited. Overall a good store but not as impressive as the larger locations I've seen elsewhere
Pretty great selection of books to be honest. I was surprised and service is pretty good! Its not a huge store but has many varieties including puzzles!
I went to Dymocks Werribee at the beginning of Feb ,To look at purchasing a book that I needed for school. As it was a "Specialist" Book they informed me that I needed to order as they don't stock it . I ordered it and paid for it in full. And I was told by a young girl it would only take 2 weeks to order in which was fine by me. After the 2 week period I went back in to the store to be told it had not arrived. I went back at the end of Feb and still no book, I was then told COVID-19 was the cause of my book not been in. I then told them that I ordered my book before COVID-19. One week prior to the end of term 2 I received a call telling me "Your book has arrived at Dymocks Werribee." I no longer needed it by then. I had also been going in regularly to see if it was in prior to this and no one had any idea what I was talking about or knew anything in relation to this. I cancelled my order due to the fact that half of the year has gone by. I cannot and wouldn't wait any longer. What a joke it is for them to expect me to wait half a year when I needed the book earlier in the year not at the time they were offering. The staff In there have no clue what they're talking about. I will no longer be going to any "Dymcoks" store again after my appalling experience.
Staff have always been helpful to finding books I've been searching around for and suggestions for what else I may enjoy
