The staff are really helpful here. This store is great to kill time in as you can often try out out their puzzles and games. I also bought some cool slime stuff here once.

A HUGE thankyou to Michelle at the Werribee Plaza store for all her help when purchasing a telescope for my dad. Not only did she demonstrate an impressive amount of knowledge about the different telescopes in store, she also displayed fantastic customer service skills when she went above and beyond to find us a particular part that was marked as back order. Seeing how absorbed he is in his new telescope really makes me appreciate all the assistance that led to us purchasing it. Thanks again Michelle, your help is hugely appreciated.
