i can into kmart around 6 on wednesday and a helpful young chap very kindly helped me to find a gift for my nephew he offered a great opinion and a helping hand to the tall shelves and he saved my nephews birthday! so happy there is still kindness in this rough world! someone get this guy a promotion will definitely be returning
What a dishonest company. Bright orange price drop tags for prices that are the exact same as they were. Gross.
Came to your store today Sunday 5th July around 1pm. Your young buck at entrance was very rude, arrogant and clearly does not have any customer service skills. He should be removed from such role within your business or training definitely needed. His attitude was disgraceful and reflects badly on the business.

What an outstanding customer service, full of enthusiasm very respectful and always assisting customers with a smile and positive attitude.nI was printing pictures and selecting frames and I spent more than 40 min near customer service desk and I couldn’t help noticing Alex’s customer service even when she had non stop back to back customers, she was behind the desk and on the floor helping everyone. This girl here deserve a promotion for her outstanding service.nEveryone at this store is lovely and helpful as well always fun and welcoming.
