This place is horrible ! Most of the staff are extremely disrespectful at the front counter, I remember coming about 9 months ago, and it wasn't this bad! Something must of changed in management. When I shop here, I often shop in the DVD and games department, and there's usually a tall medium size built guy, that works there, he's by far the most helpful man, big w Altona did not have stock, and he told me where there might be stock of the item I am looking for, this was a few weeks ago! I wish to see this man continue working here, he's a massive help to his customers, his knowledge is a big help as well, and I can say I'm not the only one, I didn't manage to get his name though, but I hope he and his manager see this.

Horrible people at desks who attends the calls. They have no knowledge on the products and arrogant behavior.
