I had issues with product description on website of the disney costumes Ariel and Snow white but the team from Target Point cook and the managers were very2 helpful. They were attentive and considerate in assisting me in getting the proper items. Truly it was an amazing experience as they provided an excellent customer service. Well done to the team!

Target Point cook is the best, Customer service team is superb in Providing services to the customer very helpful and Kind Staff. Today 4/5/26 When i was there, Staff was amazing to provide such good satisfication to the clients.
What a disappointing experience at Target Point Cook today. I returned a pair of men's black jeans the where purchased 4 weeks ago at end Oct due to the main waste button falling of after 1 x wash.nI wouldn't keep a receipt for a pair of jeans as I wasn't expecting them to fall apart. The purchase was tracked back on my credit card eventually and the proof of purchase was identified. Due to major inconvenience the and waste of time on my behalf an apology would have been appreciated but not forthcoming. Instead I was advise how lucky I was that the the manager had chosen to spend 10 minutes to track down the purchase as I didnt keep the receipt. Also I was advised even with a faulty pair of jeans with proof of purchase the stores has every right not to accept the return and this policy has been accepted by the ACCC. I'll do a check on this shortly. Anyway I had not high expectations but my only request was the jeans can I replace then with the same jeans at the store , they had my exact size in the exact same jean but my one was apparently the superseded pair with red stitching internally and the new stock had black stitching internally. I was denied this as there was a small variance in the price now. I though this was lack of awareness, lack of understanding the inconvenience of the product failing in the middle of the day as I was wearing them , lack of awareness of my time and inconvenience to return the faulty product and with a focus on making sure thay ibwoukd need to pay the $15 process variance for new model jeans. I run my own successful business and have much wider focus and awareness of our clients needs and expectations. We respect our clients time and inconvenience if a product has failed them. Also else dont make our clients feel not needed and like we are lucky that we are getting crap service and fortunate to get a refund for a crap faulty product , I couldn't believe what I was hearing. Maybe this young stores manager younger generation than myself needs a little more support in overall awareness and trying to keep a good client happy. We shop at this store regularly but have been in my view and with my wife support treated very poorly with a view to make sure the store is not out of pocket $15 and with lack of respect and awareness of the inconvenience it is to have to come back for a return. Its a broken faulty product just replace the item make it simple and easy if thats the clients request and the stock of just about exactly the same product has run out. Will take our business elsewhere as this store doesn't respect and value loyal client.
