I’ve visited this office supply store a few times, and there’s always an issue. During my last visit, I stood at the counter for 20 minutes while an employee was just standing there. She took nearly 20 minutes to complete a single printing task, and no one came to assist me. On another occasion, I waited almost 30 minutes just to get help with buying a fax machine.nThis time, I called ahead to ask if they provide passport photo services. They said yes, but failed to mention that the service is only available until 7 PM. I arrived around 8:40, only to be told the machine wasn’t working. When I mentioned I had called earlier, another staff member claimed they hadn’t received any calls, making it seem like I was lying.nThe experience was frustrating and disappointing. It feels like there’s always a problem at this store, every single time.

Kate or was it Katie  sorry I shouldn't remember the name exactly served us yesterday and she has been amazing, she was attentive to our order asking questions and making sure that we were happy with the process of print and cut. I just picked up the order and it was exactly what we asked for! Thank you so much for your hard work

Nick was amazing in helping us out we were looking for a Polaroid printer and he went above and beyond and the young female manager also assisted thank you both for your help will definitely come back again

middle aged lady scanned an item twice. didnt offer me my receipt and it also slipped my mind to ask. but luckily I picked it up as I was wondering why my total was a bit higher than expected. went back and got my receipt, checked it and noticed an item was scanned twice. i'm glad I picked it up minutes after the purchase and I was still around. imagine if I had left and the big inconvenience it would have been to come back.nnAnyway, ALWAYS DOUBLE CHECK YOUR RECEIPT! when necessary.

Very poor customer service, girl at the printings section totally unhelpful and totally ignored me.nLeft me without helpnWalk away without printingnNot only first time this is my fifth time with bad customer service
