middle aged lady scanned an item twice. didnt offer me my receipt and it also slipped my mind to ask. but luckily I picked it up as I was wondering why my total was a bit higher than expected. went back and got my receipt, checked it and noticed an item was scanned twice. i'm glad I picked it up minutes after the purchase and I was still around. imagine if I had left and the big inconvenience it would have been to come back.nnAnyway, ALWAYS DOUBLE CHECK YOUR RECEIPT! when necessary.

Went into Officeworks to price match an SD card. Staff advised that they were unable to price match due to it being from a competitors marketplace. Exclusions to price matching that were advised to me by staff is not displayed on the Officeworks website. To advise that they are unable to price match when this information is not displayed on the Officeworks website is false and misleading and goes against ACCC regulations. Eventually the store agreed to price match.nnI would have purchased the item from Officeworks Watergardens who agreed to price match the item with no hesitation - but they were out of stock.nnI’m unsure why there are different policies for different stores. Also, the customer service number - 1300 633 423 is disconnected.

Most useless officeworks store in the area! We have attempted to have many things bound or printed on many different occasions and they forever have huge wait times when all other stores that are just as busier are able to complete the job on the spot. The staff are rude and utterly lazy. They claim to be oh so busy but the staff are standing around laughing instead of serving the customers waiting.
