Alright place for pet supplies. Though one male staff seemed like he had no clue about what a fleece blanket is or anything about small pets guinea pigs whatsoever. Decent prices, close to home is the only good thing I can say. Though could have got it sent to my front door for the same price without talking to a brick wall for help on pet products. Wonderful pet supply store. Massive range and super friendly staff. It is 100% worth your while to sign up and become a member as this opens the door to significant savings if you become a 'Frequent Feeder'. Also, leashed pets welcome!

While the range of products were fine, we found the service to be terrible. The staff member that served us was incredibly rude to my husband before I came in the store. To be fair she wasn't that much more friendly towards me..

Caroline Springs Petbarn is overpriced, constantly low supplies, wont price match even though their website says they do, staff not helpful. Dog loaf is $10 more expensive than other places. Apparently there is a list of competitors they wont match but staff don't know where this list is. Sounds like a scam to me. Try PetStock in Taylors Lake for good service and cheaper products.

Wide range of products and very helpful and well informed staff. Great value programs, eg  discounts of kibble via frequent feeder offer!

Awesome customer service, I came in and got what I wanted and staff are easy to talk to. I asked for details of a product and staff member explained to me what I needed to understand.

The staff here are always incredibly helpful and never impatient, no matter how much help I need. Today, I am especially grateful to Electra, who helped me with a return and replacement. She didn't hesitate to get her supervisor's approval when she wasn't sure and helped me find a suitable replacement option. I will always come back to this store based on the high level of customer service they provide.
