I received a Delivery of a very damaged tv unit  door hanging off and multiple scratches  from Ravenhall, Caroline springs store ...extremely poor customer service when it came  to delivery of the replacement unit . Had to ring back  multiple times and  found out that on my delivery day  booked in advancethat the replacement unit not even in the truck and he can't provide a time as 3 Rd party delivery drivers. The manager saying that we should be available for the whole day just to sit and wait for them to come with no communication of arrival time.Not good enough , especially since this was a bad experience from the beginning being sent a faulty unit . Not so fantastic!   is the way they treat customers.

Caroline Springs store - The service in store was great but the customer pick up guys were so rude, there were 2 of them and they were both apparently having lunch at 3.30 and were refusing to serve us or get anyone else to help us. I didn’t get their names but 1 had red hair and the other dark hair with a mustache. Thankfully a nice guy with ear expanders came out to help us, he was very friendly and more than willing to do his job and provide good customer service. Just a suggestion, maybe stagger your lunch breaks so that everyone’s needs can be met and have staff who are customer focused.

Fantastic Furniture of 1093 western highway are very poor to trust they promised but when you do your part and you pay all the standing amount they charge what they said before one of them Bordy, about two weeks ago I bought package of furniture and I mentioned the delivery day for them and we just were waiting for one bedside to be coming from other side of city as they said but didn’t come and I asked for delivery the rest but they said we can not deliver it for day I was mentioned two weeks ago, that’s really disappointing they can’t be treated .

Asked me to come in as “all my items have arrived” only to find they hadn’t upon arrival.nnI then waited 40 minutes outside while they tried to find them. Told that they would send an email to let me know when the missing items had arrived. No email came through and had to chase up which was difficult as they rarely answer the phone.nnWhen I told them what had happened they didn’t care, just poor service all round.

Took almost 4 months for one stool to arrive. Got the order wrong the first time and had to wait for another 7 weeks. Finally got a text saying its ready but when we got there we were told its not and that we should have called ahead?? The manager there Brodie was very unhelpful/unapologetic and could not offer us any solution at all. This place needs better management.
