After sale service is terrible. I've had my claim in for around 6 weeks now and haven't heard a thing since. Just to try and get someone to acknowledge my claim was a nightmare in itself after unanswered fb messages and empty promise emails, it took a lot of following up on my behalf just to get to the first step of the process and now nothing! Extremely disappointed!!!

Very cheap and good quality products, but most of them require a lot of Ikea like assembly, so keep that in mind

Over the past few years Fantastic's products have become very good. Not only are they good value for money they look good and they last too. Service is ALDI style
