I had a question regarding plants and was told by two different people to talk to that lady standing over there. Obviously she was with a customer so I waited for 10-15 min. Once she was free and started walking towards me and before I said anything she said sorry I have customers waiting for me and maybe someone else can help me. Excuse me, I wasn’t there to marry you. I was a customer too. Very rude.

It's unfortunate Master's shut down across the road. Staff think running past you to keep unloading stock shouting "Hello! How are you?" without bothering to wait for a reply is customer service. Having staff waste time by standing at the exits like pseudo security guards does not customer service make. And that's if you can find staff! Do not buy paint from here unless you want to wait 4 hours. No staff, no service, hopeless.

Pathetic service. Tried to get a staffer paged twice to assist and after wasting 30 mins for someone to attend to a customer No one came to help ! This is not the first time this has happened. Quite pathetic is a regular occurence. But waaaaait.... l am certain that those same managers who run these centres demand service themselves yet fail miserably in providing it. What a joke ! 1 star is waaaaay to good.

Easy to find what you want. Staff are generally friendly. Although the level of service died after Masters across the road closed down. Amazing what competition does and doesn't do when it's gone.
