Nice store. But they need to have more staff on Sundays. I cannot believe I have to wait this long. I feel like its Christmas but its not. Just poor form. 1 register open..staff walking around ignoring the problem. Feel bad for the 1 register worker because of the attitude she is getting from frustrated customers. And to the guy hanging out at the entrance looking away, we all see you. You see us. Call it in buddy. Get someone else to help out, if not yourself.
If thats how you treat customers, at least chuck in a self service register.

I had a really great experience at this particular store, especially with the help of Jamie. She was very prompt when asking me if I needed assistance, and helped me with what I was after.

Staff were very rude, at one point they followed my friend and my parents around the shop thinking that we were going to steal something. Mind you we had a trolley full of items. 

Second time i went there I was in the makeup section looking for a present and one of the staff members kept following me around which made me feel unsafe. She kept asking me if i needed help which was really nice but after a couple minutes she kept asking me every 5 minutes. It felt like she was hassling me to leave. 
Btw there was no one at the counter in the makeup section. 
I am not here to start trouble, this is just something target in Caroline Springs needs to work on.

This is one off Target. Clean, spacious and great selection of stock...of course staff is well presented and very helpful.

I went in today to refund a doona that I had only opened once to see if it fitted and the very rude lady on the counter refused to refund even though I had s receipt as she found a hair on the doona. Could not believe how I was treated
