A lady who works there asked me three times if I needed a hand and I clearly told her I was browsing … I left the shop because I felt so unwelcome even though I wanted to buy one of the tops .. this happened on Saturday 4th of Feb Poor customer service

Sells evil Alexandra Australia fur!

I’m usually a size 12 and purchased a pair of size 14 shorts from this store after being assured by the sales girl that they would be fine I prefer a more oversized fit they were actually a very snug fit hence the return. sizing for the item is incorrect deeming then a faulty item. I was not asking for a refund simply a credit note to put towards a more appropriate item and was denied because it was just over there 7 day return policy and apparently the System would not accept it my receipt because it was 13 days after purchasing and not within the 7 days. I Would get it if I was asking for a refund but to be knocked back for a wrongly sized item and asking for a credit seems to just be a bad business decision. I’m local and won’t shop there again. Don’t forget that a customer is more likely to speak about a bad experience rather then the good ones.
