I went in for an exchange and Mel was extremely helpful, she had a store full of customers and although my exchange was a little less ordinary, she worked hard to ensure i was a happy customer. With the help of Suzi, they both made me feel valued and represented strandbags with complete professionalism and showed their excellent customer service skills. Both girls were a delight and i would like to thank them for the great service.

Strandbags Caroline Springs great customer service from Sale Assistant Suzie she was polite, greeted me with a smile and she allowed me to browse and knew when to assist me in making my final decision.  Definitely coming back as she showed me few gorgeous items.

Cannot speak highly enough of the exceptional customer service I received from Mel & Michelle today. Not only were they friendly and professional but they also went to great lengths to bring out lots of different bags for me to compare to ensure I got the right one. I highly recommend Caroline Springs strandbags when your needing to buy a handbag or purse, thank you to Suzie for her great customer service, she makes you feel very comfortable in the store, let's you browse at your leisure but is there when you need her assistance. I felt very comfortable in finding the right bag and purse I needed

everytime i walk into the store the staff members always greet me with a smile and are very helpful. the store is always clean and tidy and i walk out very happy with my purchases.

Served really well by Mel ..had a big confusion with the membership card which hasn't been resolved yet .Mel helped as much as she can ..although the issue hasn't been resolved .
