Well, Liam Boesch certainly knows which shop they're reviewing, unlike them i have walked into the store, the team members are very helpful and can help you locate a game in seconds, even though the store can get quite messy, however this is not always the fault of the employees but it can be the fault of the Customers, with many kids coming into what i would consider a small-medium store, and moving things around even though staff do constantly walk around and rearrange the shelves back to their normal positions, children can be annoying at times when unsupervised. Most of the time the deals on games are great however sometimes the deals on Steam are much better with the price of games being sometimes as much as 90% lower than games bought in store, however it is nice to have the hard copies of games as they do look a lot better on the shelf.

Overall a pretty good store. Solid range and the staff are usually attentive. There are always sales on also.

I loved a game that was out 5+ years ago and my copy broke, so i went in to see if they had a copy, and what do you know, they did, a 5+ year old game still on shelve. Much respect for not chucking all unbought ones

I had the same experience as the guy in the comment below me. I went in to exchange a game I got for my birthday. It was still in the plastic shrink wrap, I even had the receipt. It was a $100 game. They said "the trade-in value for this is $25, so you can get $25 store credit for it." Even though it was purchased for full price the previous day.
If I had agreed to do that, they would have just sold it again to some sucker at full price. The staff were extremely rude to me for even suggesting that I wanted to return/exchange something.
I took my game and receipt and left the store and went up to Watergardens store. The staff were friendly and helpful and solved the issue for me immediately. I will never be going to this store again.
