I highly recommend Carly & the team at King’s Party Hire as they were friendly, have wonderful product packages & all setup for us at our convenience. Also very understanding during our Covid postponements which we appreciated. Our 2nd birthday was an absolute success with the bounce and play package with the XL ball pit. It was perfect for the 10 toddlers who had an amazing time. Thanks guys

Nice place got my daughters birthday party set up from this place good variety huge selection. Nice place to get party stuff . I walked in walked out in an hour with my helium balloons party setup with the princess theme. Awesome

Great place for Party balloons. Also have a big range of hire props for celebration. Worth the visit.  Costumes also available for a dress up party or School book week

I've been going here for a long time as I work around the corner, range is good and its convenient but I recently had a really unpleasant customer experience when I was refused a refund for an item I had just bought 2 hours earlier. Staff said their NO policy was on a sign and on the receipt. I've never noticed the sign and closer inspection of the receipt shows a strangely worded policy which says I should be able to return this item.  Staff were not at all empathetic, I will not be returning or recommending better off going to Kmart.
