These guys did an awesome wheel alignment on my brand new Santa Fe after two failed attempts by the dealer to fix it pulling slightly to the left. Val test drove the car with me so he understood what my concern was and agreed something wasn't right. After he had done the job and driven it himself, he handed me the keys to test it for myself to make sure I was happy with the result before paying. This is customer service. Car drives perfectly now, and I'm wrapped! Thanks guys.

The team at Velocity Tyre & Auto are very experienced, with Brett and Adi working on vehicles in excess of 20 years, and they have been servicing my vehicles for 2+ years now. The team can cater to any mechanical repairs and servicing requirements, and are always contactable to ensure the customer will be more than satisfied with their experience.

Ordered and fitted the wrong tyre,  didn't notice till the car got home.  They told me to bring the car back in,  where they admitted fault.  Val then requested to take the tyre off,  and insisted for us to use the space saver till they ordered another tyre.  I refused that option,  as the car needed to be driven on a freeway.  So I ended up paying for a tyre I don't need.  Hope they enjoy my money.
