I recently had an issue 26/05/26with the battery in my 2023 Mazda CX-5 and took the car to Caroline Springs Mazda for diagnosis. Unfortunately, the battery warranty had expired just 3 days earlier, and I was advised that a replacement would normally cost around $550.nnDespite this, the team went above and beyond to help me out and replaced the battery free of charge, including providing a new 36-month warranty on the replacement battery.nnI was extremely happy with the outcome and genuinely appreciated the customer care and professionalism shown throughout the process.nnA special thank you to Jason, who was absolutely amazing with his service, communication, and willingness to help. Experiences like this build real customer loyalty. Highly recommend Caroline Springs Mazda!

I always have such a great experience with Mazda Caroline Springs. The staff are consistently welcoming, friendly, and helpful.nnThis morning I called as soon as they opened, not realising I needed a courtesy car for my service appointment that day.
