All the staff at Western Nissan from the moment I walked in to buy a car to the moment I left were amazing. Rob Mercer in sales, amazing, Jennifer in finance, couldnt fault her,so professional, Gary and Troy at the front of desk in the service department, absolute legends. I went in to service my car, and walked out with another.. This is why I will be back. Cant find this kind of service, and professionalism anywhere else

We purchased a new X-Trail from Western Nissan for our business. The whole experience from start to finish was fantastic. Sonny, our salesman was brilliant. He took the time to ask me what my husband and I were after and showed me the car that was most appropriate for our business requirements.. We took the car for a test drive and then Sonny even organized for me to be able to take the car to our business so that I can show it to my husband. At no time did I feel any pressure to buy the car. Sonny was very knowledgeable and understanding of our situation. He really took the time to explain everything to us. This made my husband and myself comfortable to go ahead and purchase the car. We would highly recommend Western Nissan and will definitely be coming back to Sonny and the team for our next car!

We just purchased a brand new X-Trail ST-L series 2 from Western Nissan and the whole experience was wonderful. Special thanks to Didas, Jennifer and Drew, who made it all pleasurable and fun. They are very helpful and the whole experience was faultless. Thank you so much guys, what a glorious car!
