Just a massive shout out to Clay Jackson who delivered my 2022 Toyota Prado VX in 9 months from Dec 2021. My partner and I purchased a RAV4 hybrid off Salesman Sam Samaratunga in January 2022. We explained to Sam  that we required the car no later then August as we had a child on the way. To quote Sam he said he was “very confident we’d have the car by April but absolutely certain that we’d have it prior to July”.  We still haven’t received the car and have been told it will be late January but no firm date as of yet.  Instead of being honest and telling us to go elsewhere Sam said what he needed to say to get the sale.  AVOID Sam and avoid this dealership. I can assure you I’ll never be using them again.
