Had such an amazing experience with Johnny at Lakeside Kia! He made the process of buying the Kia Carnival smooth and explained everything in detail on delivery! Kept us up to date with all the information regarding our new vehicle. Also a massive shout out to Laura in the finance department for making the finance process less stress, easy and simple and had us approved in hrs of applying. Losing my company car from covid I was in a rush to purchase a new personal vehicle. Lakeside Kia was not my local dealership, but I got referred to go there by a friend. Great service by all who helped us yesterday. Steve B was great at explaining the process and even threw in some freebies. Even though I wasn't planning on ordering a car yesterday, they weren't too pushy at all and with the quality of the cars and the price I couldn't leave without ordering....especially with the wait times explained totally out of the dealerships hands I look forward to completing the transaction with these guys. I came to Kia Lakeside to service my car and had a great experience. I didn't get the name of the man at the service desk but he was so welcoming and nice to deal with. My car was serviced in a quick amount of time which was greatly appreciated. I will definitely be coming back here for all my services.
A great experience today at Kia Lakeside. My family felt welcomed by all, in particular by Steve B. I value great customer service being in the industry myself for the last 20 years. Steve was warm, genuine, patient and honest and this was enough to decide on purchasing for us. A big thanks Steve and Kia Lakeside.
Had John as my sales. He was amazing from start to finish. Easy with the test drive gave me the keys to do what i need to and take as long as i need. Then clearly explained everything for the contract. Then good updates on progress and also was easy to help me change cars mid way through the waiting period.
Excellent customer service. Just received my new Cerato this week. Waiting time on new vehicles are hard to come by but I was pretty surprised how quickly my car got shipped. Just keep in mind which car is available because some you have to wait between 6 to 12 months depending on models and colour selection. Highly recommended Thanks
We bought my daughters first car from John Cundari and he was very easy to deal with. The car was ready for delivery a lot earlier than we expected but John was very flexible and let us wait until we were ready to pick up the car. And he let me take the ribbon home so I could surprise my daughter when she got home
