Bought a second hand car last year. The experience was wonderful as it was my first car and everything went awesome. All paperwork and dealing went amazing. A few weeks after, I tried to find my logbook and manual for the car so that I can learn more about it and get it serviced right. I contacted them numerous times only to have them say they will check in to it or will call me back. I thought this dealership would be different to what you hear, but I guess it is true when saying all they are after is the money and once they get it you're nothing to them.

I had no idea that buying a new car could be so painless and even pleasurable! The folks at Western Honda were so helpful and engaged. Rachel helped us find the perfect car and made sure we were fully informed without once seeming pushy or over-selling it. We never felt pressured. When we went back to pick up our new car, Andrew went over the vehicle with us in the most minute detail to ensure that our every question was answered before we even asked! And Ellie took us through all the financial and insurance paperwork quickly and professionally. Although we bought one of the least expensive new cars that they offer, we received such a high level of excellent customer service that we felt like we'd just bought the most expensive car! I highly recommend Western Honda!

We recently purchased a Honda HRV, which we totally love. The excellent service and attention we received from Andrew was more than we've ever experienced from a car dealership.  Andrew was genuine, patient and very knowledgeable.  On the day we picked up the car Andrew took his time to go over every feature over the vehicle and answered any questions we had.
We were also impressed with the friendliness of all the staff and the manner that we were treated. 
We would have no hesitation in recommending Western Highway Honda, in particular Andrew to any of our friends in the future.

From the time I walked into the dealership I felt comfortable. I was greeted immediately and swiftly directly to the next available sales person which Rachel Franks. Excellent service and never felt under pressure at any time...Thank you

Took ownership of a brand new Civic RS last year. When we picked it up there was a paint imperfection (reasonably sized blue dot on the spoiler), we were assured it would be fixed at the first service by the salesman, stupidly we took his word for it and accepted the car. The first service nothing was done, second service we pushed for something to be done and they told us "It's not what we're good at, should take it to a panel beater if you want it done better" which would cost us money, even though they were the ones that promised to fix it. Don't take their word for it...
