I WOULD HAVE GIVEN 0 STARS IF POSSIBLE. THINK A MILLION TIMES BEFORE SELLING YOUR CAR TO THEM.nnSo I just tried to sell them my car and after they brought it to their place for inspection, they said my car has mechanical fault noisy engine that's why they are backing out of the deal. Also, they highlighted that my engine cover was missing. NOTE THAT THEY ALWAYS NEED TO BRING YOUR CAR TO THEM FOR INSPECTION.nnI told them that 1 I am sure that my engine cover is there before being sent to them as I never brought it to a mechanic ever before for repair and 2 there was no fault on my car, otherwise I wouldn't have drove it from my home in Geelong to their place in Sunshine. I didn't argue much anymore and just wanted this to end, so I TOWED MY CAR BACK ON MY EXPENSE!!!nnAnyway, when I received my car back, the condition seems to be the same as before sending to them. However, they highlighted scratches on their inspection report which isn't really there on my car. I am not sure how they did it, but maybe this is their way of convincing me that my car is not good.nnAfter this whole fiasco, I was able to find a dealer in Geelong who paid me on the spot and with better price than what Pickles offered.nnIf you are a buyer, the experience may be better. But since I am the seller, this is what happened. Check reddit forums too, you'll know from there. I'm just stupid and naive to give them a chance. If you're the seller, my advice is to stay away from Pickles and just sell your car privately, or find a reputable dealer near you - the one that will do the inspection in your place, and insist that you be paid on the spot before letting them take your car. Lesson learned for me.
What a great place to buy a car very good quality cars and really reliable. They give warranty and they have a workshop ready to help you should you need it. A large amount of cars to choose from with many makes and models at affordable prices ive bought a few cars here and i wasnt disappointed. There are fixed prices as well as an auction a cafe is here as well and many salesmen are available to answer your questions should you have any. Its mostly undercover with cars coming and going you could even bid online but i really recommend going in person if you live nearby why not. Theres plenty of carparking spots its a great car auction to consider if you want value for money.

Be cautious when dealing with this auction house. The auctioneer repeatedly shouts, “DON’T THINK, JUST BID,” which seems to reflect their overall business approach. They don’t allow in-person car inspections, so you’re left to rely on their condition reports. However, when you go to pick up the car, you might find that the condition report is inaccurate, and you'll be surprised by damage that was never mentioned or photographed.nnYou’re often better off buying from a dealership or through Carsales, as the prices are often the same, if not better. At the auction, you're essentially gambling and buying blind, paying the same price but without the assurance or ability to inspect the car firsthand
INTERSTATE BUYERS BEWARE Stock 61972514nReview:nI strongly advise against buying from Pickles if you are interstate. I recently bought a car from Pickles in Belmore that arrived with undisclosed damage not listed in the condition report. On top of that, they failed to cancel the NSW registration it was suspended instead, making it impossible for me to register the vehicle in Victoria without a massive hassle. I wasted a lot of time and money resolving this. This company is not the same as it was 13 years ago.
