Wouldn’t recommend Kevin Dennis at all, I brought my new Colorado Z71 roughly 6 months ago now. I had a few extras put on my car as you do. Sighed all the contracts, gave them just under 56k and drove away semi happy with their service. 4 months later they call me, yes 4 MONTHS later demanding me to pay $600 dollars immediately for window tint that wasn’t payed for apparently. Their trying to tell me it was missed and needs to be paid! But it’s in my contract as paid. Not once did i receive a phone call off Kevin Dennis sunshine after I drove out them gates asking how the car is going or if I’m happy with the car. Not a single message or phone call, only thing they wanted is more $$! Very disappointed and highly regret buying my new car off these guys.

Worst warranty service never buy car again from Kevin Dennis Service managers are awful They don’t accept any warranty service to escape from warranty service they use so many tricks to get out from warranty. They say four/five years warranty for parts And service but they don’t accept any kind of service belongs to warranty. I was complaining my shoulder is paining if I drive more than two hours the car is pulling left to fix that they have replace steering rack. They told To many reasons to escape from that. Since last six months I am suffering with problems They keep the car for one week for testing purposes end of the day they will say car is ok You have to see doctor about shoulder pain. Finally worst service department Worst show room on earth.

Purchased a new 2017 Holden Trax for my sister. Brook our Sales Consultantg was magnificent. She was very helpful, patient with our questions n decisions and she was quite informative on everything we asked.... Brook is highly recommended to anyone looking for a car, The Best Sales Consultant Ever! Thank you Brook for the great deal and all.... You're The Best! 😊😁😄😆

i have a hyundai ix35 and i am not happy. i had an accident on Sunday and the airbags did not work. i trusted that the airbags would work because i have kids and it did not. i was very lucky that my kids were not in the car at the moment.

Worst service department I have ever dealt with, will never recommend anyone to buy a car or service at kevin Dennis sunshine. My friend, wife and I have recently sold off our Holden's from our experiences with Kevin Dennis sunshine and will never buy another Holden because of the attitude and awful customer service we experienced from this so called business. When it comes to the dealership maybe being out of pocket to keep a customer happy when they were clearly in the wrong, the manager dom will belittle and bully you to get out of the situation and when you say you will never buy another Holden he really does not care, if I was Holden he would be the last person I would want to represent my company. Biggest joke of a service manager I have ever seen. It is a shame because when I brought the car the sales man was a really nice guy and actually seemed to care on the experience of the customer. If you want unprofessional service and awful customer service and unresolved problems go see Dom and the crew at Kevin Dennis Holden sunshine
