Not honest at all purchased a vehicle agreed on an oil and filter change as the oil was black as and low on the dip stick, vehicle got driven delivered a week later with super black topped up oil I think oil from another vehicle and the same filter never got changed with a fresh service sticker for the next 10k klms
Wonderful customer service. From my very first enquiry the Sales person, Chris, was helpful and courteous. He went out of his way to help with our needs. He certainly gave 110% service. He followed through on everything that he promised. I would certainly recommend them.
Excellent service. Helen has gone above and beyond to help us. Second hand cars can have issues and that can be expected. All was fixed in a timely manner. Letting us know what was happening with the car at all times.
Shocking customer service, appalling responses to vehicle issues. Selling cars that they know have faults and then refusing to negotiate any form of assistance. All they appear to care about is making the sale.
My 3rd motor vehicle purchase from Mr Paul Gamer's business. I have never had any problems with any of them. The latest a 'honda accord' was presented immaculately & is an absolute gem, an extremely well maintained vehicle purchased at a very reasonable price. The staff are efficient, courteous & friendly. I've bought 5 cars from Gamers and UAA over the years and have only had problems with one of them. All second hand cars come with a risk and so that's not a bad average. They are a wholesale car dealership and not really set up to cater to the public. You have to do your research on prices etc. but that's true anywhere. Helen is always great to deal with :
Seen Chris, told me that there's a repair needed to done on the hyundai Santa Fe 2004, got that done by UAA plus the pink slip rego had 1 month left. Never had a problem yet, great SUV to drive Thanks Chris
Rude staff which I see leave their own and positive reviews here, omg. How sad they need to leave their own reviews, pfft. When I complain they claim they don't know of me, I see by the reviews here that they said that to another of their customers as well, then tell me to contact them only to be told they can't or won't help me. All I wamted was help with the defective car they sold me, the one in which the engine blew up within 3 weeks of purchase. Spending $14,000 at this joint was the biggest loss ever. Keep well clear unless you have cash to waste.
Hi all, I dealt with Chris over the weekend, he was extremely honest and true. Gave great customer service all round. Easy parking. Plenty of vehicles to view. Pleasant experience.
Absolute junks, problem after problem until finally the engine stops completely. Management and staff are very rude and won't help in anyway and tell us to get lost, but not in such nice words. The ford falcon purchased here was trouble alright, leaked fuel and all sorts of other dangerous things were wrong with it. My opinion would be to KEEP WELL CLEAR of this business, unless you have spare cash to throw away.
