HOPELESS! They employee young girls, that have NO IDEA about auto. I went in to the store yesterday and seen something i'm wanting. I called today and yep, some incompetent girl answers the phone and said hold and i'll find out if we have them. She comes back and said No we don't sell them. I said i seen them in the store yesterday. Oh umm let me check again, I just hang up in her ear. MORON grrr.

Impressed by the customer service of the team of Autobarn Braybrook. 
A big thank you to Darren for going above and beyond to help diagnose a mechanical issue with my vehicle. Parts were then ordered and arrived the next day. Very efficient and customer focused team. Will definitely be recommending this store to others. Keep up the excellent work!

Bad customer service. Rude and violently behaved when returned a product which was just bought.  Complained to the company against 2011 management.

Bad customer service was standing the for over 10 min wanting to buy a DVD player. No one served me so I went somewhere to buy. Worse experience at a autobarn store
