Had a great experience with Pianoforte! After doing some research online Pianoforte had the best prices and range for what I was looking for. Once I got there I was given one-on-one advice as to what piano would be best for what I needed. I walked away with a fantastic Yamaha digital piano that suits my needs and preferences exactly. The piano (Yamaha P-115) feels so much more real than I imagined, which is perfect after owning an upright acoustic for 15 years.

I recently bought a piano for my wife ( a piano teacher) from Sam.We spent a lot of time researching and playing pianos at the major dealers for Yamaha in Sydney. When we arrived at Pianoforte in Chatswood, Sam was like a breath of fresh air..no hard selling, no lingering and nothing pushy as we had experienced in so many other stores around Sydney. Sam was wonderful throughout the whole process, from purchase through the delivery and post delivery tuning.This is THE store to seek to buy a wonderful piano. We are extremely happy with our professional Yamaha, and also glad that we took the time to seek Sam and his family out and experience old fashioned, respectful service.I can honestly say the professionalism of Sam made the world of difference to our experience.Play it again Sam!😁⭐️

We bought our first piano here for our daughter. Good pricing compared to other piano stores in Sydney. Great customer service by owner Sam Kwon. He even helped me carried and loaded the piano onto my car. Overall a really positive experience and would recommend this store to anyone looking for a piano. Thank you!

I bought a digital piano from this store last month. It is a very good shopping experience and the quality of the piano is very good. Sam is quite nice and assemble the piano for me.
