I needed to have a set of keys delivered from Sydney to Willoughby and had the package in 33 minutes. Excellent service.

When you get a good and reliable runner, the service can be great. Unfortunately, most of the time the runners are unreliable, unprepared for transporting flowers and run very late. There is the ability to blacklist a runner that doesn't do the job well, however this never works as I always get blacklisted runners for jobs. My business is located 1km from CBD, however it can take hours from booking for a runner to actually arrive. It can be a great service but does leave you a bit stressed trying to have things run smoothly and timely.
