Wow, excellent service delivered same day within a few hours as promised. Better than other Companies because they actually provide the Courier persons name and number to call if you want to follow up. Will definitely use again in future.

I used them on on behalf of my manager/company for the first time a couple of weeks ago. I paid more for the 'by 5pm' purchase option. When I realised that the courier still picking up jobs well after he should've been in transit for me, I queried the driver. He said he was on the way and gave me a location completely different to where the GPS tracker had him. He ended up being close to an hour late and the property settlement that was waiting on his delivery had to be delayed. I complained to the courier company afterwards and asked why they still charged the premium rate. They said they'd look into it and get back to me, but never did. It was a really awful and frustrating experience.... hence the crappy rating.

Great service and highly recommended. We needed some documents urgently and we used the 3 hour express and we got them in an hour. Thanks again for the quick delivery guys.

I used its express service today and I got the parcel in real time. So impressive, I will definitely use same day express again!
