With over 25 years experience we can provide you with the right therapy based on a totally personal appraisal of your body and state of health. After all, you are unique, so we provide you with what your body and mind need right now.

Thank you for such a wonderful and re-energising experience at your studio! I felt so clear and relaxed after the  afternoon retreat, it was just what I needed.  The restorative yoga was a whole new experience  for me but I felt it's meditative and relaxing benefits long after the session. Thank you for the care and attention. I had an amazing aromatherapy massage with Vicky, she listened to what I was suffering from and ensured that I was given the care I needed.  A lovely person, who took the time to explain the oils that she was using and also followed up with a telephone call the following day to see how I was going.  Thank you.

I had just had hip surgery after a surfing accident and Jennifer was an amazing therapist. Her Japanese needling really helped with my recovery and her years of massage experience makes her one of the best in Melbourne. Highly recommended.
